Salon in the Spotlight: Tranquility Beauty & Holistics, Oxfordshire

Having recently trained in holistic therapies, Natascha De-Bank needed more room for her additional services. Offering a combination of nail and beauty services alongside facials, aromatherapy and massages, a larger workspace was soon needed.
“As a mum of four, I needed to be closer to home,” Natascha explains. “I decided to build a custom cabin in my garden that was big enough to accommodate everything I needed.
“It’s such a calming place,” Natascha smiles. “You can enter the cabin and feel your day melt away. I chose a botanical theme, as I wanted to create a space that brought happiness and calm to my clients.

“I have candles dotted around for a beautiful holistic experience, but I can also switch it up with background music and a glass of wine for my beauty clients. I’ve used natural colours and materials with soft lighting.
“The decor makes the whole experience come together: the calming, earthy colours, the plants and the flickering candles create the perfect way to escape and unwind.”
