Jemma Ball

We want to see what you’re wearing on your nails!

Jemma Ball, of Jemma Elizabeth Beauty, wears a dainty butterfly nail look for spring.

“I created the nails by using a base of CND Shellac™ in Bouquet – it’s the perfect semi-sheer pinky nude base. I then painted the butterfly wings with CND Shellac™ in Bouquet, Vagabond, Uninhibited, Magical Topiary, Taffy and Gummi, switching the colours on each nail to create an ombré effect. I then went in with Lecenté Create in Black Magic to create the outlines and then Lecenté Create in White Magic for the dots. I finished it off with a glossy coat of CND™ Original Top Coat.

“I was inspired by many of the amazing nail techs that I come across on Instagram that have created pretty butterfly sets, including @anouskaanastasia and @maddisonrosenails – just to name a few!

“I love these nails as usually I like to keep the main base colour quite neutral on my own nails but the addition of the butterflies really makes them pop and I loved painting them – they’re so pretty.”
