Lauren Holmes, of Nailed It Beauty, wears rainbow-inspired nails for a cute and funky look.
“To create these nails I used Gelish Cover Pink Structure Gel as my base colour over a layer of nude, so it wasn’t sheer. Then, with the six different colours I picked for my rainbows, I used a gel striper to paint on the lines one colour at a time – curing in between each colour.

“These nails were for my 24th birthday party that I threw in my garden. We made the party festival-themed and bought rainbow decorations – even my outfit was rainbow-inspired! I knew I wanted to do my nails in rainbow to match the party, I just hadn’t decided exactly how to do them. Then, a very talented tech that I follow (@nailthoughts) posted this set and I just had to recreate them! I love this design, I’ve had so many compliments on them. They’re pretty unusual for me as I’m normally a plain black kind of girl but these are definitely one of my favourite sets – so simple to do but so funky.”
