The winner of Scratch’s monthly nail art contest for January has been announced as Alisha Francois of @pressonprofessionail.
In a showcase of talent, techs created nail designs inspired by theme, Soft & Subtle Art Accents, in the bid to win a prize from The GelBottle Inc.
