“This look is simple and quick to achieve, making it a great way to upsell your nail services for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations!” she comments.

Step 1
Paint one coat of Artistic Colour Gloss Soak-off Gel Polish in ‘Bride’ and cure for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Decant red and blue Colour Gloss shades, ‘Hotzy’ and ‘I Have Connections’, onto a palette and using the Striping Brush ‘Striper’, draw a cross in ‘Hotzy’ onto the nail and cure.
Step 3
The Union Jack flag has eight points, so using the Striping Brush create half triangles, drawing the lines between the cross. Cure for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Using ‘I Have Connections’, draw in triangles between the red lines, creating the Union Jack. Once happy, cure for 30 seconds.
Step 5
You can go over the lines with another coat to make them bolder. Cure for another 30 seconds.
Step 6
Apply Colour Gloss Glossing Gel and cure for 30 seconds to achieve that high shine look. Remove the inhibition layer with Artistic Nail Surface Cleanser.
