The Nail Team of the Year is a group of four or more talented, dedicated professionals who work seamlessly together to deliver outstanding nail services, innovation and excellence in the beauty industry. This team embodies skill, creativity and teamwork, setting new standards for quality and customer experience. They worked together on at least three occasions since 1 February 2025 (12 months or more) - either within a salon, session/events team or an education/training team.

Beyond technical ability, they thrive on collaboration and unity, supporting each other to create a positive and inspiring unit. The Nail Team of the Year makes an impact in the industry by either participating in competitions, mentoring aspiring nail technicians or leading through innovation and group work. The team is dedicated to excellence, teamwork and creativity.

What happens next? When entry closes on 15 March, all applications will be assessed. Five finalists in this category will be revealed on 6 April and sent an email detailing next steps - which include submitting testimonials and evidence of their collaborative work. Judges will assess these and score against a number of criteria. Their scores will determine the winner, who will be announced at The Scratch Stars Party in London on 5 July.
